Baker Feature: Camina Bakery

By 3 July 2020

If you are a true lover of bread, we highly suggest checking out the newly(ish) formed bakery, Camina – if you haven’t already!

Owned and operated by bakers Kenneth Curran (formally of Takeaway Inc) and Tatton White (formally of Bread Itself), Camina Bakery is now year round at both the Wednesday and Saturday Farmers’ Markets! Each with 10+ years experience in baking, the two bakers share a love of baking natural leavened breads and traditional French croissants. They began collaborating as Camina in November of 2019, with a commitment to the highest quality ingredients and careful baking processes – and a willingness to put in the skilled labor necessary to make truly great bread.

You can expect a variety of breads made from organic grains with focus on stone-milled flours, including but not limited to red wheat, sesame, country bread, olive country, raisin and coriander, and more. They also sell cookies, croissants, and other pastries just as alluring and well made as their bread!

If you want bread made with love, integrity, passion, and a community driven attitude, visit Camina Bakery this Saturday!

Check out their website or follow them on Instagram!

“Bread is a living collection of relationships. The choreography hidden behind each loaf is a truly marvelous thing.” – Camina Bakery
