Market Feature: Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is Back!

Exciting news! Sierra Nevada is back at the Chico Saturday Farmers’ Market serving fresh, local beer! They’re at the market to serve you the newest and freshest offerings from the brewery, long time favorites that are no longer available in stores, and the cutting edge creations from their innovation program!

Every Saturday the booth is run by Sierra Nevada Tour Guides who are chalk full of extensive beer knowledge (with zeal to match!), meaning you’ve got someone there to answer all your curious questions – or to just chit chat about your favorites beers!

This Saturday they will have crowlers of classic Porter, alongside a Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale – both not available in stores! You can find them at the Saturday morning market with new additions now through the end of year. Come say and grab a favorite (and exclusive) local beer!

CCFM is Hiring an Assistant Market Manager!

Want to work at the farmers market? We are looking for a new assistant market manager. Working at the market offers a truly unique experience, putting you in the center of a hub of local farmers, crafters, artists, musicians, restauranteurs, and community leaders. The farmers market is the place where community is made, maintained, and enjoyed, and it is truly a delight being a part of it.

Successful applicants must be available on Saturdays and seasonally (June-October) on Tuesdays. The assistant market manager helps to prepare the market site, collects vendor fees and EBT, and provides general assistance to the market manager. Successful applicants must be able to lift fifty pounds, be comfortable working outside, and have a valid driver’s license.
